RETURNS AND REFUNDS
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 10 days of receiving your items. If you want to make a return or exchange, please contact me at email@example.com .
Refunds will only be issued for items returned in their original condition (for example, the yarn must not be knotted, caked, or woven). Items must be shipped within 21 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be issued once you have received the item.
Refunds do not include shipping costs.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR SOMETHING WAS MISSING FROM MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
I apologize for any mistakes made in the orders. If you received the wrong item or if something was missing from your order, please contact me within 10 days of receiving your items at firstname.lastname@example.org . I will work to rectify your request as soon as possible.
