RETURNS AND REFUNDS


SHIPPING POLICY: VM FIBERS is not responsible for the tracking system or delivery. However, if your order has not arrived after 60 days from the ship date (via your tracking number) we will issue a 100% refund in the form of shop credit. Please have patience and understanding we are an online small business. Thank you.


What is a preorder?

A preorder is the style of shop update we do. Every 1st of the month, we post a collection of colorways at one time that can be ordered on any of our base yarn options.

The preorder stays open for 30 days. We then close the shop to dye all the orders and ship them out.

Our current collection's turnaround time is expected to be 2-3 weeks (counting business days). Considering that these times may vary in which case if your order is rescheduled you will be notified by email and you will be kept informed about the new scheduling dispatch date as soon as possible

Will my yarn look exactly like the photos?

Every skein is unique!

We have extremely high quality control standards to keep color consistent.

However, there are many factors that can affect the final skein and you may see slight variation on your skein even within the same lot, also colors may vary slightly from one monitor to another. If you buy more than one skein, we will try our best to combine them.

Be sure to buy enough to finish your project.

Will I be able to order more of this yarn after this collection closes?

Sorry mate, colorways collections will never be available again!

Each colorway is available only while the collection is up for sale on the website.

We love bringing in a brand new collection each month, that is why we strongly recommend grabbing as many skeins of a colorway as you'd need to complete the project in mind (if you have one) since you may not be able to buy more of that colorway from us later on.

I don't live in Chile. Can I still buy your yarn?

Yes! We ship worldwide to over 240 countries. Be aware you may incur additional customs fees depending on your own country's customs policies.

I bought some yarn, how long before it ships?

Our current collection processing time is 2-3 weeks from the time of presale close.

I Received the wrong item or something was missing from my order, what should I do?

We apologize for any mistakes made in the orders. If you received the wrong item or if something was missing from your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your items at vmfibers@gmail.com . We will work to rectify your request as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

VM FIBERS does not accept returns or exchanges. We are not able to process cancellations on any orders of a preorder nature.
